Each and every order we receive here at FynBosch Design makes us do a little happy dance!
As a small business we take the utmost care to ship your order as quickly as possible, while also ensuring that it is safely and properly packaged for transport. In general, orders ship within 1-3 business days after the payment has been authorized.
A confirmation email will be sent to you after your purchase. And as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code from Postnl. The packages are generally delivered within 1 working day by PostNL.
Every order is lovingly packaged in recycled or organic material to minimize our carbon footprint. Giving mother earth a little help where we can.
FynBosch Design is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays due to natural disasters or other uncontrollable events.

Free shipping above € 50.
Belgium
€ 11.95 for shipping to Belgium.
€4,50 Mailbox
Free shipping above € 75.
International
€ 23- 46,80 for International shipping.
€11 Mailbox
Free shipping above € 75.
Returns
As everything we make here at FynBosch Design is authentically made by hand with all organic materials slight discrepancies might occur. We ask for your understanding in the fragility of all organic floral matter.
Yet if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from FynBosch Design, you can return it to us for a refund. Please note, this does not apply to custom or sale orders.
Please email us at  anneke@fynboschdesign.com within 14 days of receipt of the article.
Return shipments must be received by FynBosch Design  within 14 days of notification and any return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
All returned products must be intact & unused.
Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the products. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your credits have been processed.
We do not pay return shipping costs.Â
We have the right to refuse credits if the returned products does not meet our return policy requirements.
Return instructions
- Send an email anneke@fynboschdesign.com within 14 days of receipt of the products and inquire about the return shipment.
- If possible, pack the goods in the original packaging and seal them tightly.
